Russia Pledges $3.06 Billion for Crimea Development by 2030

President Vladimir Putin highlighted that Russia’s federal budget will allocate more than $3.06 billion rubles between 2025 and 2027 to support the state development programme for Crimea and Sevastopol.

Looking ahead, the plan includes completing over 230 major construction projects and implementing 32 initiatives under this programme. These efforts will be funded entirely by federal resources.

Furthermore, Putin endorsed Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin’s suggestion to extend the state development programme for Crimea and Sevastopol through 2030.
