Japanese Ambassador meets the Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa

A meeting between the Japanese Ambassador Akio Isomata and the Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa was held in Colombo yesterday (01). At this, the Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa told the Japanese Ambassador that the long-standing diplomatic relations between Japan and Sri Lanka should be maintained and that he would provide his maximum contribution to that end.

The Opposition Leader also requested that the development projects implemented by Japan in Sri Lanka in the past be re-implemented, and he further stated that the Opposition would provide the maximum support required for that.
