Russia’s space agency, Roscosmos, has successfully launched its latest Earth-observation satellite, Resurs-P, into orbit. The satellite was carried by a Soyuz-2.1b rocket, which lifted off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
Designed for a wide range of applications, the high-tech Resurs-P satellite will monitor natural resources, track environmental disasters, assess ice conditions, and perform other critical functions essential for Earth observation and resource management.
This achievement marks another milestone in Russia’s space program, enhancing its capabilities in remote sensing and environmental monitoring.
