Meanwhile, the National Movement Headquarters for Correcting the Republic of Korea and the Liberty Unification Party staged a counter-rally at Sejong-daero starting at 1 p.m., opposing impeachment. Police estimated 35,000 to 40,000 participants, while organizers claimed 3 million. Supporters waved flags and signs backing Yoon and condemning election fraud allegations. Conservative leaders criticized the impeachment process, with some calling for the release of detained security officials.
