During the call, Rubio congratulated Netanyahu on Israel’s recent successes against Hamas and Hezbollah and pledged to prioritize efforts to secure the release of hostages still held in Gaza. In related developments, Rubio emphasized the need to uphold the Gaza ceasefire in discussions with UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
